Every parcel is sent in a plain, unmarked box. The sender name on the label is generic and the contents are never described on the outside of the package.
For hygiene reasons, opened and used items cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items are replaced free of charge — just contact support with your order number.
